Operations Planning Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting oversight and monitoring of Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) Enrollment & Premium Billing operations, the full-time remote Operations Planning Specialist will ensure compliance with CMS requirements, manage vendor relationships, and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily oversight and monitoring of PDP Enrollment & Premium Billing operations with vendors and internal partners
• Perform ongoing review of CMS requirements to ensure compliance and monitor operational metrics to identify potential issues
• Manage weekly monitoring activities and prepare results reporting for leadership, including participation in audit activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of relevant Medicare (Part D and/or Part C) or government program experience in healthcare operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as an effective team member in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to manage and execute solutions to identified issues
