Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Operations Process Engineer will map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and redesign workflows while collaborating with technology teams to implement solutions grounded in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Map and diagnose operational processes to identify waste and failure points
- Re-engineer processes using structured improvement methods to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Analyze operational data to diagnose issues and measure the impact of improvements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in process engineering or continuous improvement roles with a proven track record of measurable process improvements
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desired
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum); Black Belt is a plus
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret operational data for process diagnostics
- Experience in designing solutions and writing clear requirements for system enhancements
