Operations Process Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Operations Process Engineer will map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and redesign workflows using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Map and diagnose operational processes to identify waste and failure points
- Re-engineer processes using structured improvement methods to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Analyze operational data to diagnose issues and measure the effectiveness of changes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in process engineering or continuous improvement roles with measurable improvements
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is highly desired
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum); Black Belt preferred
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret operational data without owning the data platform
- Experience with process mapping tools and familiarity with BI tooling is preferred
