Job Summary
Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Operations Process Management Manager will manage daily work activities, drive process improvements, and collaborate on system enhancements to optimize operations and meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team members' work activities, ensuring accuracy and timely product delivery while supporting operations
- Analyze workflows and systems for continuous improvement, identifying deficiencies and developing new methods to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and process improvements, while overseeing quality assurance and user acceptance testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years leading business or operational teams
- 2+ years facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects
- Experience with operations policy and claims processes
- Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively across various organizational levels
