Operations Process Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Process Manager to drive the transformation of launch and monetization processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute processes within the Marketing organization, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
• Incorporate continuous improvement methodologies to optimize and maintain current processes
• Manage process risk and governance, ensuring compliance and effective documentation

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience
• Preferred: Master's Degree with 6+ years or Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Certifications in Lean, Business Process Management, Change Management, Six Sigma, or Agile
• Experience in process management, execution, and optimization
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics with the ability to derive actionable insights
