Operations Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ops Processing Specialist (Escalations).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients and advisors with inquiries and escalations regarding financial services
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet client needs through research and communication
• Evaluate and resolve escalated cases using research skills and alternative approaches

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Retirement Services processing team or Client Care Center
• Experience with VSystem, AWD, Agilenet, SAP, and Lotus Notes databases
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage caseload effectively
• Strong letter writing and email etiquette for internal and external communication
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
