Operations Production Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Production Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily functions in a hybrid work environment, including IRA/HSA processing, exceptions handling, and customer/account maintenance
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned functions and reconciliation of reports in accordance with bank standards
• Assist with quality assurance, training of employees, and contribute to departmental projects for business improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of job experience in Deposit Operations at a Retail or Commercial Bank
• Proven tactical skills and demonstrated ability to perform high-level Deposit Operations functions
• Knowledge of internal systems and organization policies and procedures preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and accept challenging assignments
