Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Program Manager who leads complex, cross-functional programs and projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads multiple operational initiatives aligned with strategic priorities and PMO standards
• Owns program-level roadmaps and ensures projects are sequenced and aligned to shared objectives
• Acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, translating business objectives into operational plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred
• 8+ years of experience in program management or operational transformation roles
• Healthcare, clinical operations, or revenue cycle experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage complexity and dependencies across multiple initiatives
