Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Program Manager to support residential retrofit operations and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document standard operating procedures and operational policies for residential solar business
• Manage Salesforce CRM configurations and enhance dashboards for operational visibility
• Lead initiatives to reduce contract to activation cycle time and support market expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in program management or operations, preferably in the residential solar or renewable energy sector
• Proven experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and process improvements
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including reporting and dashboard configuration
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
