Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an entry-level or experienced Operations Program Manager, the full-time hybrid role will manage operations activities for the Dual Band Decoy program, coordinating requirements across manufacturing, technical operations, and supplier partnerships while ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project activities for continuous improvement programs and ensure alignment with manufacturing schedules
• Act as Cost Account Manager for operations labor and material, overseeing cost and schedule
• Facilitate teamwork among cross-functional personnel and support compliance requirements throughout program phases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Project management or manufacturing/supply chain skills with knowledge of operations functions
• Ability to analyze data and work effectively within small teams
• Experience in proposal development and spreadsheet management
• Must possess a current/active Secret Clearance
