Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

As a Subject Matter Functional Expert in Operations Program Management, the full-time remote Operations Program Manager will manage branch operations, ensure optimal utilization of Oracle IBS tools, and support initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to drive consistency in Oracle IBS tool functionality and act as a liaison between business units
• Develop training materials, analyze workflows, and communicate operational updates to enhance operational effectiveness
• Leverage Oracle-based tools for project activities and ensure smooth technical operations through testing and evaluation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in Business is strongly preferred
• At least five years of program management experience with expertise in contracts, billing, and revenue recognition
• Proven proficiency with Oracle tools and experience in change management
