Operations Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing international program portfolio, the full-time Operations Program Manager will manage deliverables to ensure they meet contractual requirements, develop and monitor business plans, and serve as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, Quality, and the Program Office in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all deliverables are delivered to the customer according to the manufacturing schedule
- Manage and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for Operations activities
- Identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to program execution
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of work experience or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Cost Account Management
- Excellent program/project management skills
- Business and financial acumen with proven ability to manage scope and budget
