Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Project Manager NAM.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee projects impacting Pharma NAM operations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, including site GMs and operational teams, to identify process improvements
Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement solutions to enhance business efficiencies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Science, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology) required
5+ years of experience in managing medium to high complexity business process projects required
Minimum 2 years of experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN, 5S, and Kaizen required
Experience with project management required
Strong IT knowledge and background
