Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals through aligned roadmaps and deliverables
• Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions are managed effectively
• Track critical team initiatives, identifying risks and dependencies that may affect project scope and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 3 years of Project Management experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Project Management experience, or an Associate's degree with 10 years of Project Management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of Project Management experience
• Experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
• Managerial experience may coincide with the required technical experience
• Preferred PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or manufacturing operations is advantageous
