Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Design and refine project management workflows, documentation, and best practices
• Establish scalable, repeatable PM practices that evolve with the business

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, operations, or PMO-style roles
• Proven success building or maturing PM processes
• Experience managing both technical and creative workstreams
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or similar methodologies
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms
