• Collaborate with teams to gather project requirements and maintain visibility throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, operations coordination, or a related role
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus
