Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Operations Project Manager to manage complex projects from conception to implementation in a fully remote environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Plans and executes multiple initiatives simultaneously while defining scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develops detailed project plans and monitors performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
• Leads change management activities and evaluates completed projects to capture lessons learned for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within Managed Care
• Bachelor's degree or four years of additional experience in lieu of education
• Availability to work remotely from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
• Preferred PMP Certification
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday) and Microsoft Office
