Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading critical operations initiatives, the full-time remote Operations Project Manager will manage partner and merchant onboarding, implementation, and revenue activation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with large integration partners, understanding their business needs during and after implementation
• Lead the onboarding and configuration processes for sub-merchants and strategic partners, coordinating with the Integrations team
• Report on key performance indicators and collaborate with the Product team to enhance automation and operational accuracy

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in implementation, customer onboarding, or project management, preferably in high-growth startups or the Payments/Fintech sector
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of software, APIs, and proficiency in AI tools such as Claude, Zapier, and Postman
• Demonstrated project management skills with a detail-oriented and structured approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple complex projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and empathize with partners and colleagues
