Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and coordination of high-impact operational projects, the full-time remote Operations Project Manager will develop project plans, manage warranty-related activities, and ensure operational readiness across solar, wind, battery energy storage, and gas assets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project readiness by leading upstream planning activities and developing detailed scopes of work
• Serve as the operational lead for complex OEM warranty campaigns and coordinate technical documentation for warranty claims
• Develop strategic pre-work plans for outages and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3-6+ years of experience in technical project management or operations planning within utility-scale energy or heavy industrial environments
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Smartsheet
• Strong understanding of project controls and complex operational project execution
• Familiarity with utility-scale technologies including solar, battery energy storage systems, wind, or gas generation assets
