Job Summary

Operations Project Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for planning, executing, and delivering strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and borrower experience in mortgage operations and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and lead projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
  • Analyze workflows to reduce cycle times, minimize errors, and improve communication between teams
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to operational efficiency and project outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in mortgage lending
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects or process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, guidelines, and the secondary market
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows
