Operations Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Operations Quality Control, Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Quality Control testing in accordance with the Digital Banking Quality Control annual review schedule
• Assess the effectiveness of key processes and controls across Digital Banking Operations
• Prepare and communicate results through various reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in operations, payment services, or call center in the financial services industry
• Minimum of two years of quality control, compliance, or operational testing experience
• Familiarity with consumer protection and compliance regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
