Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Operations Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems
• Manage internal and external quality audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
• Analyze KPIs related to process quality to drive operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, TQM, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
• Experience in developing and leading quality audits and inspection processes
• Exceptional analytical skills to interpret KPIs and develop actionable strategies
• 5+ years of relevant experience
