Operations Readiness Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Readiness Manager - Travel Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational business owner through implementation and change
• Complete end to end testing across systems, processes, and operational workflows
• Track progress, clarify responsibilities, and provide communication that measures outcomes and identifies risks or gaps

Required Qualifications

• Prior Corporate Travel Operations Experience
• General knowledge of 3rd party tools and technology solutions applicable to the travel industry
• Strong Sabre GDS skills; GDS Amadeus knowledge is a plus
• Comfortable working in MS tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, and Smartsheet
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically
