Operations Recovery Supplier Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Recovery Supplier Manager to oversee third-party partners in recovery and post-charge-off activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with recovery suppliers, including collection agencies and legal partners
• Establish performance frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and monitor supplier performance
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in operations, recovery, or collections supplier management within consumer lending or financial services
• Strong understanding of recovery and post-charge-off collections strategies
• Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting recovery activities
• Proven experience managing third-party suppliers and performance-driven contracts
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recovery data and supplier metrics
