Job Summary

Supporting financial advisors in their daily operations, the full-time Operations Relationship Management Specialist will manage service delivery, resolve operational issues, and enhance practice success through data insights and relationship-building, with a focus on proactive communication both remotely and through occasional in-person visits.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide support to assigned advisors and their practices, maintaining profiles and preferences
  • Advocate for process improvements based on observed trends and track key workflows to identify concerns
  • Proactively communicate with practices, schedule meetings, and align field communications with corporate messaging
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and familiarity with systems such as Salesforce and SharePoint
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and support cross-functional teams
  • Track record of adaptability and success in fast-paced environments
