Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Research Analyst to support the Defense Agencies Initiative Data Analytics Support Team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Develop analytically driven tools, reports, and dashboards using Qlik and ServiceNow
Analyze DAI data and implement process improvements for reporting
Lead projects and instruct team members on metrics development and software user manuals

Required Qualifications

Must possess IT-II security clearance or a current NACLC
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
Minimum five (5) years of experience in relevant fields
Experience with QlikSense and database management
Proficiency in SQL programming and report development
