Operations Research Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Research Scientist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops business requirements and implements advanced analytical models and software applications
• Leads teams in data management, model development, testing, and technical documentation
• Communicates with various departments to resolve problems and provides data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field plus 2 years of experience, or a PhD with no experience required
• Experience with Java, SAS, SQL, and/or Python for business model analysis
• Knowledge of commercial optimization, simulation, and machine learning tools
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
