Operations Resilience Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time salaried Operations Resilience Engineering Manager will manage engineers and program/governance leads to reduce operational risk and improve the reliability of live operations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Operations Resilience and Engineering team, setting clear expectations and managing performance
• Apply disciplined engineering practices to incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action development
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational processes and tools

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years of experience in the mission-critical industry with at least 4 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action management
• Proven ability to manage complex work portfolios with clear accountability
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and operational teams
