Operations Risk Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day internal and external exam management process, the full-time Operations Risk Management Analyst will track resolution of requests, partner with ORM teams on audit inquiries, and develop systems for efficient exam responses in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal and external exam management across enterprise functions
• Track and escalate significant risks and issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and present materials to ORM leadership regarding audit and regulatory initiatives

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in a risk management function (e.g., audit, compliance, operations)
• Understanding of operational risk management lifecycle activities
• Excellent project management skills with experience in developing risk management processes
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Archer/Tableau database queries preferred
• Experience supporting risk exam management processes preferred
