Operations Safety Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Safety Analyst to join their Operations Team in reviewing and analyzing online activity of K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze student activity to identify needs for intervention related to safety and well-being
• Communicate with emergency contacts in school districts regarding important student information
• Record and maintain concise notes about incidents in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with other analysts to improve decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Experience in crisis management, child advocacy, content moderation, or a related field
• Strong comfort level in communicating sensitive information through various channels
• Ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods while processing large amounts of content
• Confidence to work independently within a virtual team environment
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
