Operations Safety Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Operations Safety Analyst for a full-time remote position, who will review and analyze K-12 student online activity to identify safety concerns, communicate critical information to school districts, and maintain accurate records while working across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze student activity to determine the need for intervention related to safety and well-being
• Communicate with school district emergency contacts regarding incidents and relay important information
• Record and maintain concise notes in Salesforce CRM while collaborating with team members to improve decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• Experience in crisis management, child advocacy, content moderation, or a related field
• Proficiency in using desktop and web-based applications, including Salesforce and Service Cloud
• Strong reading comprehension skills and the ability to process large amounts of content quickly
• Confidence to operate independently in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
