Operations Safety Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Operations Safety Analyst, the candidate will review and analyze online activity of K-12 students to identify safety intervention needs, communicate with emergency contacts, and maintain accurate records, all while working remotely during the 1st shift with one weekend day required.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze student activity to determine the need for safety interventions
• Communicate critical information to emergency contacts within school districts
• Maintain detailed records of incidents and collaborate with team members to improve decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• Experience in crisis management, child advocacy, or content moderation
• Proficiency with desktop and web-based applications, including Salesforce
• Strong reading comprehension skills for analyzing student content
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
