Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Development Operations Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally address internal and external PD scheduling needs
• Utilize Salesforce and Field Service Lightning to schedule PD sessions efficiently
• Maintain customer and session information aligned to service level agreements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing Salesforce or internal business systems
• Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and workflows
• Proficiency in Google Suite
