Job Summary

Operations Scheduler, manages channel scheduling data and ensures seamless broadcasting operations across multiple platforms in a part-time, contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day channel scheduling operations, including data entry and log maintenance
• Create and maintain channel structures and weekly/quarterly schedules to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling issues and maintain operational alignment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a television, radio, or broadcasting environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience with traffic systems and scheduling platforms (e.g., BroadView, Zetta) is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
