Operations Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete the month-end close process and prepare relevant journal entries and supporting materials
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations, research variances, and monitor Accounts Receivable reports
• Provide training and onboarding for Operational Staff Accountants and back-up support for the Regional Accounting Manager

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of accounting work experience
• Familiarity with GAAP, FASB, and related regulations
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Strong understanding of financial statements and site operations
