Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing operations and business strategy, the full-time Senior Manager of Operations will perform data analysis, collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely from Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to measure effectiveness and return on investment of product activities
• Collaborate with staff to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance satisfaction for staff, providers, and members
• Oversee departmental workflows to maintain production and quality standards while exploring new process improvement techniques

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of operations experience
• Experience in managed care, insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid preferred
