Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of AI operations, the full-time Operations Senior Manager, AI will develop and implement an AI Operations strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an AI Operations strategy, identifying and sizing problems suitable for AI solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to execute the AI agenda and establish governance for continuous improvement
- Measure success based on cost, quality, and customer experience outcomes while building cross-functional trust
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience, particularly in contact center or customer operations
- Strong foundation in strategy development with proven results in ambiguous environments
- Structured, data-driven problem solver with a bias for action
- Ability to own an agenda and earn executive trust without a predefined playbook
