Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Service Manager to support life and safety customers in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer/network outage trends and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide support and guidance on service assurance and service delivery processes
  • Manage customer interactions from order through billing to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years in the telecommunications industry
  • Leadership experience in a similar role supporting PSAP 911, Enterprise, or Wholesale customer base
  • Extensive knowledge of TDM and IP-based voice and data services
  • Knowledge of Public Safety rules and regulations
