Operations Site Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Site Production Manager to oversee onsite operations and ensure effective service delivery in a federal client environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day onsite operations and ensure effective service delivery
• Act as a liaison with Government stakeholders and provide regular status updates and briefings
• Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or PMP in lieu of degree)
• 3+ years of recent experience managing operations or production environments
• Experience supporting federal clients and working in onsite environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively under pressure
• Six Sigma Green Belt (or ability to obtain within 180 days)
