Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Software Quality Analyst II specializing in Facets Benefits Configuration testing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed testing and validation of benefits configuration related to Cost Share, Limits, and Pre-Authorization
Conduct Product/Shell configuration testing and leverage knowledge of the TriZetto Facets database for data accuracy
Test Workflow and PCA configurations, including CES testing for denials and clinical edits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in application quality assurance
Hands-on experience in benefits configuration testing, including CES and workflow
Strong working knowledge of configuration components in Facets
Experience with core table queries in the TriZetto Facets database
