Operations Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Zurich Resilience Solutions team, the full-time Operations Solutions Analyst will identify and monitor key operational data scenarios, provide high-quality data to stakeholders, and enable better decision-making, with a preference for hybrid work in Schaumburg, IL, or remote talent.

Key responsibilities

• Establish enterprise-wide accountability for data by linking business objectives with data needs and closing data quality gaps
• Conduct quality reviews and ongoing monitoring/reporting of key corporate data while supporting revenue collection and operational efficiencies
• Develop relationships with technical personnel to ensure collaboration on process improvement and automation initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in Data Management, or High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience in Data Management
• Experience with data interrogation and analysis techniques
• Ability to effectively research, audit, and document findings for data quality improvement
• Experience in supporting vendor payment processes and financial controls
• Strong understanding of data repositories and their consolidation/streamlining
