Operations Solutions UAT Specialist
Job Summary
Acting as the primary liaison during testing phases, the full-time remote Operations Solutions UAT Specialist will manage testing communications between technology teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors, ensuring quality assurance and successful deployment of technical updates.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for all testing-related communications
- Prepare test plans and create test cases to validate system functionality
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using JIRA
Required qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in the mortgage industry
- Experience with Encompass LOS
- Knowledge of overall mortgage workflow and agency guidelines
- Familiarity with compliance and disclosure requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
