Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and support the team in resolving operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with client, broker, and company calls while processing payments and handling urgent insurance certificates
  • Manage accounting discrepancies and oversee accounts payable and receivable in collaboration with the corporate accounting team
  • Prepare weekly reports for operations and support compliance projects and agency evaluations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe, and similar software
  • Preferred experience in insurance, but not required
  • Experience with accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
