Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Operations Specialist for their Advisor Network.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess new account and financial plan paperwork for compliance
Administer setup and maintenance of managed accounts
Provide support and guidance to Advisory Teams on operations processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Four-year degree or minimum of five years financial services experience
Passion for and experience with Registered Investment Advisor operations
Working knowledge of industry-leading portfolio management and customer relationship management solutions
Strong Microsoft tools skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
FINRA series 7 and 66 strongly preferred
