Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist, Operations for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review new retailer orders for accuracy and communicate concerns
- Track and manage retail orders from shipment to delivery
- Create and share necessary documentation for outbound shipments with retailers
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
- Knowledge of EDI and ERP/WMS systems
- Experience with supply chain/freight documents
- Strong communication skills to influence decisions
