Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

On-board client referrals and prepare foreclosure FDCPA Letters
Perform data entry, retrieve and review mortgage documents, and order title searches
Communicate with clients and assist with other duties and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field
Preferred knowledge in Default/Foreclosure/Title
Experience with BKFS, Tempo, and Equator is highly preferred
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
