Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist, Physician Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the physician engagement lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support
• Track and manage completion of required documentation, proactively following up to drive completion
• Support the rollout and adoption of physician-facing tools and resources

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, provider support, or client-facing roles
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
