Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Generalist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and lead on end-to-end project planning and execution for key Ops initiatives
• Act as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, Ecommerce, and Compliance to streamline workflows
• Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to improve business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Amplitude, VWO, and Looker
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Suite, including Microsoft Excel; experience with Asana and Notion is a plus
