Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist CPG/eCommerce: Tier 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment and inventory tracking across multiple clients
• Collaborate with third-party operations partners to optimize supply chain processes
• Produce system reports to identify and resolve operational issues

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce/CPG business
• Experience with web portals like Faire, Mable, and Amazon Seller Central
• Familiarity with order lifecycle and troubleshooting order flow issues
• Proficient in maintaining centralized resources of known issues and operational SOPs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients effectively
