Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to support the administration of energy efficiency rebate programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support analytics and program teams with project coordination and documentation
• Track and analyze program data for reporting and workflow management
• Communicate with clients, customers, and contractors regarding program eligibility and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in operations or a related role
• Proficiency with Excel or similar tools
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Must currently reside in Oregon
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
